Dani Back (1963, Jerusalem) is an Israeli artist. Lives and works in Tel Aviv. Earned his BFA at Bezalel Academy of Fine Arts, Jerusalem 1991.
In his works he deals with diverse subjects that are drawn from his autobiography, both real and fictional.
Among his gallery of images one can find football players, home movers, starlets, tattoos… His latest solo exhibitions were installations dealing with conflicts between self-expression and social norms, using various techniques such as painting, sculpturing, photograph and video.
He participates in solo and group exhibitions at major museums and galleries, both at home and abroad. His works are also a part of many art collections.
